Fire & Water

In 2027,

Tui Trio will present two concerts

inspired by the contrasting elements of Fire and Water.

Bringing together newly commissioned works by New Zealand composers and piano trio music from different musical eras, these concerts will explore the many ways music can capture the energy, intensity and passion of fire, as well as the fluidity, calm and depth of water.

We’re excited to share this musical journey with you and to bring together music from different times and voices through one shared theme.

More details about the concerts and programmes will be announced closer to the dates.

Stay tuned and follow our journey into 2027
